Reid Zlotky2024-07-12I usually don’t leave reviews but I don’t mind helping small businesses out or complaining when it’s deserved. Luckily, I just have good things to say here. I had Reggie, Rey, Caleb and Abe help me move at the end of June. I was super impressed about how efficient they were on the job in how quickly they could pack and wrap. Nothing was broken on the move, and I was surprised that almost everything from my essentially one bedroom apartment fit in the van. The value is definitely there versus going with more recognizable names in the industry. I did a very thorough search and got quotes from piece of cake, perfect moving, dumbo moving and some others including U-Haul. A friend of mine rented a U-Haul with 2 movers and had a terrible experience. Lou moves you gave me the best quote and customer service. It was the same price as the U-Haul with the 2 movers and we did not have to do anything just wait in the new apartment for our things, they also answered very quickly to every email I sent with questions. The process was so easy and stress free. The movers got in time, they got everything in the van in 1h. I even thought they had to do 2 trips, but it all just fitted in one trip. In 3hs I was all done with the moving. I moved a big 1 bedroom, I really recommend packing everything into boxes, and disassembling everything possible, and folding the mattress. Kiki M.2024-06-06I love these guys! I used them for a move a long time ago (maybe 2015?) and then again in June 2024. They were super accommodating when my move was much larger than I originally anticipated (I ended up taking a lot more furniture than I thought I would to my new apartment) and I was not as prepared as I had intended to be due to a death in the family right before the move. The whole team was polite, kind, moved as quickly as possible. If you have a move on the smaller side (stuff needs to fit in a van!), I definitely recommend Sweet Lou Moves You!Verified

So easy to communicate with over email and understanding as I was changing what furniture I'd need to move. I was taking things from a storage unit and an apartment, and they handled both so well. They are so good at rolling with the punches! Great price, and no surprises. It cost exactly what they told me it would, which was less than I thought it would be. Hire them! You'll be able to tell the difference of a locally owned company instead of a big corporate brand. We are SO happy we went with them!
